📋 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we have a limited return policy.

You may request a return only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Sale items or promotional products

If your item is:

  • Defective

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved:

  • You may place a new order separately

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via: Bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa

👉 Note: Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

⚠️ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
